Learn all about the fresh ingredients and traditional techniques of Jamaican cuisine in this island-inspired cooking class. Led by Chef Kirk, you'll start this interactive handmade meal with fritters made with hearts of palm, bell peppers and spelt flour. Your entrée is an authentic jerk shrimp with a side of spinach and garlic-stuffed plantains. Dessert is a refreshing strawberry mango parfait with a scoop of cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Chef Kirk is so much fun to work with! He is really friendly and he's a great chef. He strives to ensure cooking is easy and fun, and the flavors he works with are great. I highly recommend Chef Kirk to anyone looking to learn more about cooking and have a great time while doing it!
Chef Kirk, who began his culinary career in 2008, is passionate about healthy eating and currently operates the first-ever Caribbean influenced organic catering company in South Florida where he caters events of any size. Chef Kirk has curated menus and catered for a number of celebrities, including President Obama and Olympic medalist Dara Torres. He aims to teach others how to live a healthy lifestyle by cooking with flavorful, organic, high-quality ingredients.
