In this unique cooking class, you’ll handcraft traditional Italian dishes using only vegan ingredients. Chef Kirk will teach you the perfect substitutes for dairy and meat— all while retaining the classic flavors of Italian cuisine. First, you’ll stuff mushrooms with vegan cheese and breadcrumbs. For the entree, you’ll learn how to make eggplant Parmesan, drizzled in from-scratch tomato sauce. To finish, you’ll prepare a luscious vegan cheesecake topped with strawberries. You won’t want to miss this hearty, flavorful and filling vegan meal.

Chef Kirk has curated menus and catered for a number of celebrities, including President Obama and Olympic medalist Dara Torres. He aims to teach others how to live a healthy lifestyle by cooking with flavorful, organic, high-quality ingredients.
