You’ll prepare a traditional Mediterranean meal bursting with vibrant flavors in this hands-on cooking class. With the help of Chef Christopher, you’ll create a colorful collection of dishes that sing with deliciousness. You’ll make a creamy hummus and roasted vegetables; you’ll cook marinated chicken skewers seasoned with cumin and cinnamon; you’ll prepare tabbouleh with quinoa and fresh garden vegetables. For a truly Mediterranean dessert, you’ll whip up a classic Greek honey cake to close out the class on a note of sheer sweetness.
