Cooking Class: Classic American Steak Dinner
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll put your own spin on a great American tradition: a bistro-style steak dinner. Chef Christopher will teach you how to prepare perfectly-charred steak — and killer side dishes — for a hearty, comforting meal that you won’t soon forget. You’ll begin with a crisp Caesar salad, topped with fresh homemade dressing. You’ll then prepare the steak: a cut of your choice served with a herby chimichurri sauce and a side of roasted potatoes. For dessert, you’ll indulge in a refreshing lemon bay leaf sorbet.
