In this interactive cooking class, guests will learn skills and techniques for elevating humble, cold-weather vegetables and proteins into impressive dishes. Chef Sarah's comfort food menu transforms simple, seasonal ingredients into a warm, hearty meal. Begin by assembling a shaved Brussels sprouts salad featuring tart apples and cranberries. Then, build a creamy, earthy mushroom risotto with kale and Parmesan. As the main course, you will sear chicken thighs to accompany roasted root vegetables and braised Swiss chard. For dessert, craft a classic bread pudding drizzled with rich crème anglaise.

Chef Sarah was SO knowledgeable about the roots of our cooking experience, while sharing her tips and tricks to success along the way. She was personable, easy to talk to, and a great facilitator of the class. Her recipe for Thai Green Curry did not disappoint! This was one of the most authentic Thai dishes I’ve ever had! Thanks, Sarah!
