In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the skills, techniques and time-honored secrets of mastering the elegant, patisserie favorite: French macarons. Under the guidance of Chef Stacey, you will practice creating smooth, delicate macaron shells and preparing a variety of decadent fillings for a colorful array of flavors and aromas. Pair your classic almond macaron shells with a luscious lemon curd, a sophisticated lavender buttercream, a smooth salted caramel or a silky chocolate ganache. Children aged 10 and up are welcome to join this fun, interactive class.

I’ve been trying to make macaroons from youtube but my shells never turned out right. Chef Stacey is a great teacher, fun and super descriptive with her instructions. I learned so much and I would definitely recommend her class.

A passionate chef, baker and entrepreneur, Chef Stacey has added "teacher" to her impressive resume as she currently spends her days sharing her cooking and baking knowledge with students through a variety of culinary experiences. Prior to her current endeavor, Chef Stacey built extensive pastry experience working as a pastry chef instructor for the country’s largest hands-on cooking class program, a lead pastry chef and a lead cake decorator.
