Cooking Class: Gorgeous and Authentic Gnocchi
This hands-on cooking class is all about gnocchi, a fixture of Italian cuisine since its invention in the 1700s. Gnocchi are potato dumplings — they work well with red sauce, caramelized vegetables, sweet sausage or creamy white sauce. With the guidance of Chef Tess, a classically trained chef with years of experience, you’ll learn how to prepare gnocchi while putting your own unique spin on each dish. For an appetizer, you’ll whip up authentic tricolore bruschetta with tomatoes, pesto and eggplant. You’ll then make the gnocchi, with your choice of sauce. For dessert, Chef Tess will demonstrate how to make affogato, a traditional Italian sweet treat.

Chef Tess was incredible. She was fun, energetic and knowledgeable. We have taken several cooking classes and none compare with the experience we had with Chef Tess. Highly recommend. She encouraged and created a for learning, participation and fun. We are going to be looking for another opportunity to attend one of her classes in the future.
