He is extremely knowledgeable about the history and traditions of paella and we loved learning as much as we could. All of the food was absolutely outstanding and we are so thankful to have met Chef Jose. He came with a bright and happy energy and we enjoyed spending the evening with him. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

Chef Jose taught me how to make an appetizer dish of stuffed dates wrapped in bacon. He clearly and slowly demonstrated how to properly cut the date and remove the pit. He then stuffed it with goat cheese. He used thick cut bacon to wrap around the stuffed date and baked them off. Chef Jose has an extremely friendly demeanor which made me feel so welcome.
