She'll take you on a guided tour of a country that offers hearty goodness at every turn. Create a stuffed bresaola, a beef dish stuffed with goat cheese, toss together a refreshing salad featuring arugula, fresh tomatoes and mozzarella and prepare colossal ravioli stuffed with savory cheeses. A chocolate budino combining cake and pudding brings your journey to a sweet, delicious close.

Chef Kathy brings 12 years of culinary experience to the kitchen classroom. She completed a Master of Italian cuisine at the Italian Culinary Institute in Italy where she gained a love of authentic Italian cuisine and traditional techniques. She leads interactive cooking sessions in an inspiring and engaging manner while embracing how food nourishes the body, soul and spirit.
