A lavish spread of plant-centered dishes is on the menu in this in-person cooking class, courtesy of Chef Theotis. You'll learn how delicious gourmet plant-forward eating can be. Begin with bruschetta made with vegan bread topped with chickpeas and sun-dried tomato pesto before preparing a bowl brimming with the flavors of Oaxaca, Mexico, including sweet potato, black beans, sweet peppers and cabbage slaw. Your lesson closes with a classic cheesecake and berry combo — totally vegan and totally tasty!

Great food, Great experience! Me and the wifey really enjoyed our time!
Chef Theotis has seen and done it all during his 15 years in the culinary industry. He’s worked as a server, a manager and has even cooked for celebrities. Currently, he operates his own restaurant and catering business in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Chef Theotis is a certified personal chef—he has taught cooking classes for the last 10 years. He loves teaching students how to create homestyle meals for the whole family, and he is also an expert in meal prep.
