Let Chef Theotis show you the magic of preparing a New American meal made healthy in this mindful hands-on cooking class. With a little imagination, even the most indulgent dishes can be reinvented with an eye on nutrition. You'll prepare meatballs that recreate the flavors of buffalo wings, salmon roasted with garlic and herbs and a cauliflower purée peppered with sweet peas. And because dessert can be healthy too, finish up on a sweet note with creamy Greek yogurt cheesecake bites.

Chef Theotis has seen and done it all during his 15 years in the culinary industry. He’s worked as a server, a manager and has even cooked for celebrities. Currently, he operates his own restaurant and catering business in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Chef Theotis is a certified personal chef—he has taught cooking classes for the last 10 years. He loves teaching students how to create homestyle meals for the whole family, and he is also an expert in meal prep.
