The only thing I wondered is if it would be enough food, and boy let me tell you! We had leftovers!! He was amazing, and even being a sushi enthusiast, I learned a ton! 10/10!

Chef Ben is a knowledgeable sushi chef! My husband and I enjoyed learning the arts of sushi and nigiri makings. He supplied all the ingredients, step-by-step instructions for mastering sushi rolling, cutting fish for sashimi, and decorations for sashimi. We had much fun learning and walked away with much more knowledge about sushi.

Meet your chef
Chef Ben’s passion for Japanese food began at 16-years-old, when he became a sushi chef while still in high school. In 2013, Chef Ben moved to New York City, where he continued to work towards his goal of mastering Japanese cuisine. When he was 24-years-old, Ben became the head chef at his sushi restaurant, and also helped his family open their own restaurant. Chef Ben is now ready to share the joy of making sushi with others.
