The class with Chef Mateus is terrific! He is a great teacher and made cooking several fish dishes easy, fun and delicious! My girlfriend and I had a great night out, met a few other nice couples, and learned some great cooking skills. We will definitely be taking other classes with Chef Mateus and can highly recommend them to other people!

Chef Mateus was amazing. He has experience cooking in Thailand and the pad Thai was the best I’ve ever had. You get to cook in a distillery and can get drinks from the bar which is awesome. Would highly recommend!
Chef Mateus has a unique and worldly culinary background and brings a unique international flair to all his creations in the kitchen. He was born in Brazil, but he's travelled all over the world to work in eateries in Australia, New Zealand, New York, and California. He even spent some time in one of the culinary capitals of the world, Paris, where he served as head chef at the U.S. Embassy. Now, Chef Mateus is based in NYC, where he owns and operates a meal prep and delivery service. His true passion, however, is sharing his diverse culinary knowledge with aspiring chefs of all skills levels.
