In this fun, interactive cooking class, Chef Roger will teach you how to craft authentic macarons in an array of flavors and colors. First, you’ll make macaron shells in the color of your choice. Then, you’ll whip up homemade chocolate ganache, lemon, passion fruit or blood orange curd — along with raspberry or apricot jam — to fill the shells. You’ll leave the class with an assortment of goodies: the ability to pipe shells and mix dough, recipes for fillings and over a dozen macarons to share with friends and family.

Great teacher! Very passionate and Roger also created a nice atmosphere. I came alone but I felt as if I had class with friends PLUS learning knife skills while chatting!
