Cooking Class: Homemade Pasta and Dessert
Chef ShaSha is ready to lead you through interactive cooking classes on how to prepare an authentic pasta menu. First, you'll mix together a Caprese salad topped with heirloom tomatoes, basil and house-made balsamic reduction. You'll learn how to make egg pasta from scratch and then top it with a brown butter and sage sauce. Dessert is a fresh and fruity fragola pazzo with strawberries, balsamic vinegar and black pepper.

Chef ShaSha was terrific with my daughters. She is a great instructor, was very well organized with a fun plan and everyone had a blast. The food they made was delicious. I would highly recommend her.
