Chef Shailini was an amazing host and is very well versed in the culinary arts. We had a great time making several Mediterranean dishes and desserts. Chef Shailini has so many fascinating stories that she tells over the course of the night and captivates the group very well. I highly recommend anyone interested in tasty food and fun to spend an evening cooking with her. The group had such a great time that we stayed late into the night chatting after enjoying our lovely meals. Thank you Chef!

Fun class with Chef Shailini! She is an intuitive cook, uses "secret ingredients" like smoked paprika in unusual and successful ways, and brings a wealth of world cooking ideas and techniques from her extensive background. And the food was delicious!
