This class offers a crash course in chocolate — you’ll learn, step by step, how these indulgent treats are made. Chef Lisa will teach you the mesmerizing process of tabling chocolate and other techniques needed to concoct your own cocoa confections. You’ll leave the class with recipes, an array of amazing chocolates and the skills necessary to create your own chocolate for friends and family. Indulge yourself — take this class!

Chef Lisa was so fun and knowledgable. It was an intimate setting to make some really amazing chocolates. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and interactive night!

My husband and I had so much fun learning about chocolate with Chef Lisa! We learned about different types of chocolate, different processes, what’s actually happening to the chocolate throughout, and she guided us to make the most amazing chocolates ourselves. She was warm, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, and we immensely enjoyed her class. We weren’t sure what to expect from the class, but it exceeded our expectations and we left with new skills and a really fun memory.

Chef Lisa is THE BEST!! My friend and I are both dairy free and gluten free (one is celiac) and we had the best experience. Chef Lisa was kind, patient, witty, and a great teacher. At the start of class, she asked what we wanted out of this and exceeded all expectations. I have zero prior cooking /baking knowledge and she made me feel really good about it/what I did :) Plus the pies were delicious. 1000000/10 on the mushroom, leek, and (df) cheese pies :) We cannot wait to go back!! Thank you!

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
