Learn how to handcraft traditional Puerto Rican recipes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Judith. These dishes are a tribute to her native culture — they are filled with wholesome, flavorful ingredients that showcase her heritage. You’ll first craft a batch of tostones, a plantain stuffed with ground beef. For the entrée, you’ll cook a heavenly Puerto Rican chicken stew with rice and peas. For dessert, you’ll prepare a coquito, an amazing dessert beverage made with milk, cinnamon and nutmeg.
