Cooking Class: Enticing Ethiopian Appetizers

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mimi, you’ll craft classic Ethiopian appetizers that explode with complex, unique flavors. You’ll make an eclectic assortment of dishes, from sumptuous samosas to delightful egg rolls. Chef Mimi will also teach you how to make a zesty and addictive dipping sauce with red pepper and garlic. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

My gf and I had so much fun! The Pad Thai was so simple to make and really was incredible. Wonderful experience, we will be booking with her again!

Mimi and her team were very kind, but the class took place in a local brewery. The power kept tripping out from all the skillets running and it was very unorganized. Very limited direction/unclear instructions through entire class.
