Join Chef Anibal for a culinary journey to India as you learn how to prepare classic Indian dishes in this hands-on cooking class. To begin, you'll cook up traditional vegetable pakoras to enjoy as an appetizer. Then, he'll guide you through the process of preparing sweet-and-savory samosas with homemade yogurt raita and a tamarind reduction. Next, you'll learn how to make a beloved Indian main dish, chicken tikka masala, which you'll enjoy alongside sides of paratha, a dense and buttery bread, and basmati rice. Finally, your class will end on a sweet note with a dessert of sweet Indian fritters known as malpua.

Chef Anibal is a great instructor. The ingredients he use to prepare the meals are easy to get in the market and when you prepare the food the first time with his guidance, the final result is perfect!
With over twenty years of experience, Chef Anibal knows the ins and outs of the food industry. He's worked as an executive chef and restaurant business consultant, as well as successfully run and operated his own restaurants and catering business. Although he’s from Panama, he cooks cuisines from all over the world. With his passion for international fare, it's no surprise that he's mastered the arts of Italian pizza making, Indian cuisine, Peruvian ceviche, paella, ravioli, dumplings and more.
