In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Anibal, you'll cook up a Spanish seafood dining spectacle, featuring several dishes that incorporate a unique ingredient: octopus. To start, he'll teach you how to cook octopus for pulpo a la Gallega — a popular dish in the Galicia region of Spain. Then, you'll prepare a fresh salad with lemon garlic vinaigrette, which you'll serve alongside a warm and well-seasoned Spanish paella starring more octopus. Finally, you'll whip up a Catalan-style burnt custard to enjoy for dessert.
