Join Chef Michelle for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to prepare authentic Indian dishes using simple cooking techniques. First, you'll learn to build layers of flavor in an Indian chopped salad with radishes, mint and tomato. Then you'll prepare a classic Indian butter chicken dish seasoned with turmeric and ginger and made creamy with Greek yogurt. On the side, you'll prepare and enjoy homemade garlic naan bread. Finally, you'll end with an Indian apple and nut pudding for dessert.

Chef Michelle is great! She has a lot of experience cooking and teaching others how to cook and it's very clear - she makes it very approachable for everyone. She is also great with knife skills so anyone working with her will definitely learn some very helpful techniques. I highly recommend Chef Michelle!
