Prepare fun brunch food like a pancake charcuterie board and vegetable-based sausage from the comfort of your pajamas in this laid-back cooking class with Chef Jenn. These recipes are perfect for slow mornings when a big breakfast is in order. First, you'll prepare a pancake charcuterie board with fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit. Then Chef Jenn will teach you to make vegetable sausage with mushrooms, peppers and herbs. As you cook, you can sip on fresh blended fruit Bellinis spiked with a touch of your B-Y-O sparkling wine.

My mom and I had a blast cooking with chef Jenn. The food was delicious and she answered any questions we had about ways to cook various foods.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
