Learn to make plant-based dumplings packed with gourmet flavor in this interactive cooking class with Chef Jenn. Savory, creative and thoroughly satisfying, these recipes are definite crowd pleasers. First, you'll make a lychee and mandarin salad with crunchy kale and ginger. Then you'll prepare two kinds of dumplings, one with mushrooms and bok choy and the second with scallions. To wrap up the meal, you'll prepare a dessert of dairy-free coconut milk ice cream with bananas and mangos.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
