Learn authentic Mexican cooking techniques to prepare delicious, made-from-scratch recipes in this cooking class with Chef Andy. First, you'll learn to make flour tortillas from scratch. Chef Andy's recipe is tender and chewy, and he'll share his secrets for creating perfect flour tortillas from scratch. Then you'll fill those fresh tortillas with your choice of meat or vegetables. You'll also learn to make creamy, spicy elote corn and finish off the meal by preparing cinnamon-spiced churros.

Chef Andy and Esme were amazing; Andy exudes a warm, easy personality, immediately making us feel at home in his class. We brought our kids aged 5-13 and he was engaging, interactive and involved our kids in every part of the class - our kids loved Chef Andy.
