Enjoy a lesson in a different kind of steak dinner in this exciting in-person cooking class from Chef Andy. He'll share his techniques for creating a one-of-a-kind South American menu that serves up authentic Argentine flavor. Your lesson includes tender empanadas filled with potatoes and beef and a chimichurri skirt steak grilled to perfection, served with grilled vegetables and a tangy homemade chimichurri sauce. End the meal with a homemade gelato of your choice prepared by the Chef.

Chef Andy was super personable and friendly with my team and me. He chatted with us on a real level, joked with us, and actually taught us a lot about pasta making!

Chef Andy and Esme were amazing; Andy exudes a warm, easy personality, immediately making us feel at home in his class. Chef Andy's culinary expertise lies with recipe creation, and food styling and plating that elevates any meal. After graduating from the Illinois Institute of Art, Chef Andy gained years of experience in the kitchen as a cooking instructor and online as a food blogger. From sushi to classic European cuisine to molecular gastronomy, he really can do it all, and looks forward to sharing secrets and techniques you can use to boost your kitchen confidence.
