Quality ingredients, expert technique and great Greek heritage come together in this in-person class, courtesy of Chef Christmas. Learn to prepare classic, flavorful dishes your friends and family will relish. Your menu includes a Greek salad with Kalamata olives, onions, cucumber and tomatoes on a bed of romaine and meatballs served with tzatziki. You'll also prepare savory lemon potatoes to serve on the side and a refreshing orange phyllo cake as an authentically Greek dessert.

Greek Salad
With red onion, Kalamata olives, onions, feta, cucumber and tomatoes
Meatballs With Tzatziki
With red onion, panko breadcrumbs, and ground beef, pork or lamb
Lemon Potatoes
With chicken stock, olive oil, garlic and oregano
Portokalopita
With orange juice, cinnamon, olive oil, Greek yogurt and vanilla

This class was fantastic! Chef Christmas and her team were patient and engaging, making it easy for everyone to follow along and have fun while learning. My child was very excited and proud of the end result. I highly recommend this class for young aspiring chefs and family cooking.
