Next, you'll prepare crispy spring rolls and seared mushroom teriyaki with a zesty carrot and ginger purée. Dessert is sweet and refreshing mango sticky rice with coconut caramel and mango confit.

Crispy Spring Rolls
With shredded carrots, cabbage, cilantro, scallions and chili vinegar
Seared Mushroom Teriyaki
With carrot and ginger purée, baby milk tips, king oyster mushrooms and teriyaki
Mango Sticky Rice
With coconut caramel, sesame-lime crumble and mango confit

The food was very tasty and the chef was very nice. Very nice conversations. There really wasn't any class/ teaching component, and despite multiple emails to chef through the website, I never got a response. Also we were supposed to get the recipes from the chef, but never got it from the chef.

Chef Greg completely exceeded our expectations! For one, he was timely and prepared. But more importantly he kept us engaged and made the whole process so much fun! 100% would recommend. Thanks Chef Greg!

If I could rate Greg 10 stars I would. My husband and I bought his cooking class for our parents to do together and they all had a blast! They only had great things to say about Greg and his cooking. Greg- thank you for being so great to our parents. They loved you!
