Sample a selection of gourmet international dishes in this in-person cooking class from Chef Aleck. It's a menu that balances savory and sweet for a global fusion meal like nothing you've ever tasted. You'll create a salad featuring grilled eggplant, romaine and fresh vegetables and bacon Rangoon filled with cream cheese and green onion. Then, prepare a stuffed roast chicken breast entrée topped with a creamy roasted cashew sauce before making a mocha mousse with fresh fruit and maple whipped cream for dessert.
