You'll begin with a lentil salad dressed with red wine vinaigrette and a rich risotto studded with zucchini and corn. Then, you'll create a savory cauliflower and green beans dish topped with silky coconut peanut sauce. And for a perfect fruit-forward dessert, you'll whip up a classic peach crumble.

Such a great time with Chef Lenny! I enjoyed learning about each dish as he prepared them and they were so delicious. Complex flavors that only a talented chef can prepare. Very personable and we had a great time. I'd love to go see him again.
