Cooking Class: Pizza, Pasta and Caprese

Learn how to prepare a classic Italian pizza and pasta menu in this cooking class. Chef Jarvis leads sessions with a fun touch as he teaches you how to work with authentic Italian ingredients. Start with a caprese salad filled with heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic vinaigrette. Next is rotini with spinach, kale and bell peppers. You'll also make pizza with homemade sauce and assorted toppings such as pepperoni, pineapple, vegetables and speck, a lightly smoked Italian ham.

With homemade sauce, speck, bacon, pepperoni, pineapple, vegetables and herbs

More than just a sushi class! Chef Jarvis was very professional and knowledgeable! We learned basic knife cutting skills along with helpful tips on making soup, salad and our choice of sushi! We were 100% involved in making the dishes!! Honestly, our family had a great time! When I sign up for another class, Chef Jarvis will be my first choice!

Chef Jarvis was INCREDIBLE!!!! This was the best experience we’ve ever done. He made everything so simple, and we were melting in the couch enjoying the food so much. Learned a ton too! Thanks Jarvis!!!

Chef Jarvis received his culinary education at the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta before completing his International Culinary Diplome in Spain.
