Cooking Class: Italian Four-Course Menu
This cooking class features an authentic Italian four-course menu using fresh ingredients. Chef David shares his tips and tricks as he teaches you to master an array of Italian recipes. You'll start with a charred Caesar salad topped with homemade croutons and Parmesan. Next is a creamy risotto with Arborio rice, stock and fresh herbs. Your entrée is a savory lemon and herb-roasted chicken. Dessert is a decadent vegan chocolate mousse.

David was very knowledgeable concerning food preparation of the dinner and was a great teacher, explaining preparation & cooking tips, in an easily understandable way! I would definitely recommend his classes to friends!

He honed his skills under the guidance of a James Beard Award-winning chef at one of Chicago's most famous restaurants. Over the past five years, Chef David has worked as a culinary instructor at one of Chicago's premier cooking schools where he teaches interactive cooking classes.
