Learn to prepare your favorite Chinese recipes with care and precision in this interactive cooking class with Chef Mordechai. He will teach you to elevate each dish to a new level of sophistication. First, you'll choose between learning to fold potsticker dumplings or whipping up lo mein noodles. Then, you'll prepare warming hot and sour soup. Finally, you'll learn to make either General Tso Chicken or Kung Pao Chicken with chili, garlic and ginger. All recipes include a vegan option and are Kosher.

We had so much fun celebrating my husband’s 60th with a few friends and Chef Mordechai. He was personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and most importantly, we now know how to make a few things without a recipe! (Okay I probably still will need it). A great way to celebrate an occasion!

Chef Mordechai came to our home for the Spicy Asian Menu and it was beyond an amazing experience. Not only was he extremely knowledgable and made delicious food, but he was a great guy as well. We had many laughs throughout the night and learned so much from him about the intricacies of this cuisine. He went in great depth of the various spices and their functionality, origin, etc. which was extremely educational and interesting. We also learned the similarities and differences between Korean, Japanese, & Chinese cuisine. All and all each course was absolutely delicious. We will absolutely be using him again in the future! Sammy and I HIGHLY recommend Chef Mordechai. -Rob
Chef Mordechai brings more than a decade of experience as a cooking class instructor and catering business owner. Along with hosting food tours, he teaches cooking classes to adults and children both in-person and virtually. Chef Mordechai specializes in kosher foods and culinary practices as well as a wide variety of Asian cuisines, including Thai, Szechuan and Vietnamese.
