Cooking Class: Homemade Pizza Trio

Chef Sara leads this cooking class with a fun take on the basics of pizza making. You'll learn how to create a crispy yet airy crust that you'll use for three pizza. The first is a white sauce using garlic, olive oil and a three-cheese blend. Next is a margherita pizza featuring crushed seasoned tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella. End with a croque monsieur pizza with béchamel sauce, sliced ham and a mix of Swiss and mozzarella.

The handmade Cajun pasta class we took with Chef Sara was awesome! All the ingredients and utensils provided were in great shape and were neatly laid out ahead of time. Sara guided us through every step from the raw ingredients to a delicious meal, and we learned some great tips and techniques along the way. Excellent experience!
