Chef Sara leads this cooking class with tips and tricks for the preparation of perfect risotto. You'll learn proper procedures, traditional techniques and many variations of the classic risotto recipe. Start with a Tuscan white bean hummus served on toasted crostini and topped with roasted bell pepper. You'll then make a duo of shrimp and Parmesan risotto and mushroom risotto. Dessert is a rich and creamy panna cotta with fresh berries.

The handmade Cajun pasta class we took with Chef Sara was awesome! All the ingredients and utensils provided were in great shape and were neatly laid out ahead of time. Sara guided us through every step from the raw ingredients to a delicious meal, and we learned some great tips and techniques along the way. Excellent experience!
