Take a love of hors d'oeuvres to the next level with the help of Chef Sara in this hands-on cooking class. She'll share her expertise and culinary skills as she teaches you how to prepare an array of small plates and bite-sized appetizers to get any party off to a tasty start. You'll create crunchy crostini topped with shaved tenderloin and blue cheese butter, tiny potatoes loaded with all the fixings, a shrimp endive salad and crab cakes with a creamy remoulade.

The handmade Cajun pasta class we took with Chef Sara was awesome! All the ingredients and utensils provided were in great shape and were neatly laid out ahead of time. Sara guided us through every step from the raw ingredients to a delicious meal, and we learned some great tips and techniques along the way. Excellent experience!
