If you've ever wanted to master Thai fusion, this cooking class is the way to go. Chef Na'Tori leads an interactive session as you learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Thai-inspired fusion menu. You'll start with fragrant and bold-flavored kung pao shrimp egg rolls with wontons, cabbage and carrots. Next is a sweet Thai chili salmon with lemon butter broccolini and sweet potato mash. Dessert is a puff pastry filled with toasted almonds and Asian pears.
