Join Chef Na'Tori in this cooking class featuring a three-course feast of classic vegan recipes. You'll learn how to use fresh produce, protein-rich beans and other organic ingredients to create delicious and healthy meals. Start with buffalo cauliflower lettuce wraps with homemade vegan ranch. Next is a healthy black bean and lentil chili with spicy avocado relish, tomatoes, onions and bell pepper. Dessert is a vegan peach apple crisp with rolled oats, cinnamon and vegan butter.
