Cooking Class: Burger Bar
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare gourmet burgers with all the fancy fixings as you create the ultimate burger bar. You'll first learn how to make Chef Damon's famous Steakhouse Burger: a ground brisket and chuck shoulder patty generously topped with homemade A1 sauce, caramelized onions and Swiss cheese. Next, you'll spice things up with a harissa lamb burger featuring a tzatziki sauce, feta, tomatoes and arugula. You'll also whip up some loaded bacon and gouda potato skins and homemade French fries with made-from-scratch ketchup.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Loaded Potato Skins
With Yukon gold potatoes, bacon, smoked gouda, green onions and chipotle-ranch sour cream
Homemade French Fries
With Idaho potatoes, kosher salt and vegetable oil
Steakhouse Burger
With ground brisket, ground chuck, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions and horseradish aioli
Lamb Burger
With ground lamb, harissa spice, tzatziki sauce, arugula, lettuce and tomatoes

Chef Damon is an experienced epicurean with a deep-seated passion for sharing his culinary skills and wisdom with others. He is classically French trained, holds two culinary degrees, has earned four professional competition medals from the American Culinary Federation, and has had a hand in opening several successful restaurants. Chef Damon currently owns a catering business known for eco-friendly practices, and can also be found playing host to a variety of interactive cooking classes.Â
