Cooking Class: Italian Pizza From Scratch

Learn how to create pizza from scratch in this fun and interactive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Pierre, you'll mix, knead and roll a layer of dough to spread with a sweet tomato basil sauce and pile high with toppings such as ham, mushrooms, black olives, prosciutto and goat cheese. Accompany with a Caesar salad sprinkled with homemade croutons and a drizzle of Caesar dressing. Dessert is a rich hot chocolate soufflé.

We had a great night and fun time learning from Chef Pierre! All the courses were amazing, especially the beef Wellington! We have tried Gordon Ramsay’s at Hell’s Kitchen and Chefs Pierre’s beef Wellington was 100 times better in our opinion.

We had so much fun with Chef Pierre! Very impressive résumé and incredibly knowledgable about food. Not to mention the meal was delicious, we learned a lot, and he even upgraded us! Made my best friend's birthday a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you!!
