You'll discover how to blend fresh, wholesome ingredients to create some beloved dishes that celebrate the flavorful goodness of the region. Prepare a quinoa salad peppered with arugula and avocado, sear up a salmon topped with salsa fresca and whip up rice pilaf and roasted cauliflower to serve on the side. And for dessert, a Nutella s'mores pizza is the perfect chef's kiss goodnight!

When he's not teaching, Chef Andrew can be found creating from-scratch menus to accommodate a variety of dietary needs for patients at a rehab facility in Miami.
