Explore the flavors and cooking techniques of Thai culture in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rebecca. Using fresh, wholesome ingredients, Chef Rebecca's menu of Thai favorites made healthy will immerse you in the rich cuisine of the country. You'll begin with spring rolls stuffed with fresh vegetables and a ramen noodle salad with edamame. For the main dish, you'll learn to prepare a healthy almond butter Pad Thai with your choice of chicken or vegetarian ingredients. For dessert, you'll whip up a refreshing mango pudding with coconut milk.

It was a fun and pleasant experience to be sure. We spent a nice time together and got to help in making some fun dishes. But it was advertised as a class with a world class chef and that is not what it was. I would have expected more learning to be included, whether about the cultures and flavors of the dishes, or the recipes themselves, or cooking skills.
