With an extensive culinary background and passion for Italian food, Chef Kira will teach you how to prepare traditional Italian meals from scratch with both meat-friendly and vegetarian options. From Chicago-style pizza, to delectable dinners and, of course, divine desserts, you'll be able to recreate your favorite dishes right in your own kitchen. You'll learn how to make a fresh tomato and basil bruschetta, as well as Chicago style deep dish pizza and cream-filled cannolis.

Chef Kira is amazing! My sister and I had such a great time learning and cooking with her, she truly made the experience wonderful. You can feel her love and respect for the craft seep through when you're cooking. I learned so much. I can't wait to try it out on my own and try another class!

Meet your chef
After being raised by a family of cooks and farmers, Chef Kira was inspired to pursue a career in food. Memories of making from-scratch hand pies with her grandmother, and farming with her grandfather urged her to submerge herself in the art of food, and learned the true value of flavor in kitchens across Europe and Morocco. Today, Chef Kira can be found sharing her epicurean wisdom with others via fun and interactive culinary experiences.
