Cooking Class: Create Regional Cuban Classics
Travel to culinary Cuba in this cooking class with Chef Kira. She'll introduce you to the flavors of this incredible region and teach you how to prepare a traditional Cuban dinner menu. To start, you'll enjoy a classic Cuban shrimp appetizer before moving on to toasty tostones with a garlic dipping sauce. Then, Chef Kira will teach you how to make a Cuban national dish, Ropa Vieja, which is stewed beef with vegetables. Lastly, your meal will end with a guava cream cheese pastry for dessert. Each plate features incredible flavors that reflect a deep cultural connection to Cuba.

Chef Kira provided a top notch 5 star experience to my boyfriend and I for his bday! She was so warm and welcoming and was an excellent teacher throughout the night. Her playlist was top notch and it was amazing vibe! Run don’t walk to book a stellar dining experience with Chef Kira!

After being raised by a family of cooks and farmers, Chef Kira was inspired to pursue a career in food. Memories of making from-scratch hand pies with her grandmother, and farming with her grandfather urged her to submerge herself in the art of food, and learned the true value of flavor in kitchens across Europe and Morocco. Today, Chef Kira can be found sharing her epicurean wisdom with others via fun and interactive culinary experiences.
