Cooking Class: American Steakhouse Favorites
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Daniel will teach you how to prepare a gourmet American steakhouse menu. Chef will teach you how to perfectly cook steak and create a classic béarnaise sauce, as well as how to incorporate ingredients that best complement each dish. You’ll start the class by preparing with a crispy calamari appetizer before sizzling up your ribeye steak main course. Lastly, your gourmet meal will end with a divine strawberry thyme shortcake drizzled in a sweet strawberry sauce. You'll leave the class with new culinary knowledge that will make your next special event all the more exciting!
