Cooking Class: Italian Cooking for Kids
In this cooking class for kids, Chef Daniel will teach young and curious culinary minds all about cooking basics and how to make pasta. He'll first teach the group how to make a fresh berry and fig salad drizzled in balsamic vinaigrette. Next, they'll learn how to make fresh spaghetti with a classic tomato vodka sauce as they prepare a blackened chicken entrée topped with a baked goat cheese garnish. Lastly, for the final course, Chef Daniel will show them how to make cheese ravioli from scratch, which they'll serve alongside a homemade bechamel cream sauce. Kids need to be accompanied by an adult for this class, which means adults are required to purchase tickets and join in the fun with their kids.
