Cooking Class: Hand-Rolling Pasta Workshop

Learn how to hand-roll pasta and make a homemade pesto sauce in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Shahida. With an extensive culinary background, Chef Shahida is trained in fine dining and will share the technique to making this homemade pasta using only your hands – no special equipment or pasta roller needed! Before diving into the pasta making, you'll first prepare a Caprese mozzarella salad appetizer. Then, once you've made your pasta, you'll cook up an arugula pesto sauce to complete the dish. Lastly, your three-course meal will conclude with a sweet and rich dessert, marinated berries with chocolate cookie crumbles and spiced crème.
