Cooking Class: Brunch Favorites

In this hands-on class with Chef Shahida, you'll learn how to prepare an impressive brunch spread, including incredible mocktails. To start, Chef Shahida will show you how to mix up bubbly mock mimosas and seasonal mock Bellinis. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course brunch menu, starting with a sweet potato hash before moving on to salmon croquets and a rich French toast bread pudding. By the time the class concludes, you'll be ready to wow your friends and family with a blissful brunch.
