Master the art of ramen with fresh, handmade noodles, mushroom broth and seasonal toppings.
Learn how to make then enjoy one of Japan's most coveted and traditional dishes! In this class, Chef Corey will teach you the art of authentic ramen, beginning with crafting your own homemade noodles. Then, you'll steep the noodles in a flavor-packed mushroom broth and finish the bowl with an assortment of seasonal Japanese toppings.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Corey did a great job with our class, my girlfriend and i are into a lot of food and the class taught us something we had been wanting to learn, which is making homemade noodles. It was a lot of fun and the setting, the brewery was really cool! The Brewery was conducting normal business so the atmosphere was unique. One thing I could recommend is try to figure out a way that the handles don't fall out of the noodle press constantly. All in all Corey did a great job and is a very talented Chef. I look forward to the advanced class, to learn more from the offering.

Chef Corey has traveled the country perfecting an unmatched repertoire of culinary skills and style. His diverse background includes managing a brewery kitchen in Healy, Alaska, where he prepared everything from organic salads to melt-in-your-mouth smoked ribs, and acting as sous chef at a premier Florida golf club. In one of Chef Corey's cooking classes, you're sure to experience his incredible knowledge and love of food firsthand.
