Using only the freshest ingredients, you'll learn to prepare elegant New American food in this cooking class with Chef Dominique. First, you'll prepare a refreshing watermelon and mint salad topped with olives and feta. Then, you'll learn to make "figs in a blanket," an enticing dish of figs and goat cheese wrapped in puff pastry. For the main dish, you'll learn to sear honey-glazed salmon to perfection and enjoy garlic mashed potatoes on the side. To end on a sweet note, you'll bake mini chocolate cakes with hints of espresso and cascading chocolate ganache.
